To update your software

Equipment Serial Number: Please have your equipment serial number ready; you can find it inside the software or on the back of your device.
User Credentials: It is essential to have your associated username and password.
Activation Time: The activation period can vary from 3 to 10 days. You will be notified once the update is ready on your device. These updates are performed remotely.

Once payment is made, an executive will contact you to request the credentials mentioned in steps 1 and 2.
